We are seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills (

. This role requires someone who is a team player and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
:
Preparing quotations according to client requirements.
Perform general administrative duties, including handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling.
Maintain and update records and files using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Provide support to team members as needed.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
Coordinate office activities to ensure smooth operations.
Keep track of attendance, documentation, and timekeeping for site employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for site employees' working hours and attendance.
Assist with basic accounting tasks and prepare financial documentation.
Operate QuickBooks accounting software for basic financial tracking and reporting.
Prepare proforma invoices, tax invoices, and delivery notes as required.
Support team members in day-to-day operational tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements
:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferably on a Sponsorship visa.
Basic accounting knowledge and experience with QuickBooks.
Experience in preparing proforma invoices, tax invoices, and delivery notes.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
