to handle daily office operations and provide full administrative support to management and staff.

Responsibilities:



Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations

Prepare letters, reports, quotations, and other business documents

Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and hard copy)

Assist in HR functions such as attendance tracking, leave management, and employee records

Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients for documentation and logistics

Handle office supply management and inventory updates

Support management in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on tasks

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Handle correspondence, phone calls, and email communication in a professional manner

Assist in preparing project-related documents, permits, and company paperwork

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Can work independently and under minimal supervision
