Administrative Assistant for Al Ain - Female Tagalog Speaker
Willing to be trained in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi for 1 week
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties: filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
Prepare professional documents such as memos, emails, invoices, and reports.
Maintain and update reports and records for domestic workers.
Take meeting notes and minutes when required.
Answer internal and external queries about domestic workers.
Update and maintain information in the ERP system.
Handle domestic worker contracts: receive, sort, prepare, and archive.
Print, scan, and photocopy documents as needed.
Track and record attendance for all domestic workers.
Be the main point of contact for domestic workers needing office support.
Provide assistance to domestic workers facing challenges, such as abuse, complaints, or grievances.
Qualifications & Skills:
With or without experience in Tadbeer.
Proven experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
Good written and verbal communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Empathy, patience, and a supportive attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
