Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the company
Handle emails, WhatsApp, calls, and internal communications
Coordinate schedules, meetings, interviews, and Zoom calls
Maintain and update staff databases, profiles, and documents
Assist with recruitment coordination (shortlisting, interview scheduling, onboarding support)
Prepare contracts, offer letters, attendance sheets, and event documentation
Support event operations with admin tasks before, during, and after activations
Track staff availability, bookings, and timesheets
Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and basic financial records
Organize files, records, and confidential documents (digital & physical)
Liaise with clients, vendors, and freelancers professionally
Support management with reports, presentations, and follow-ups
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
Perform other administrative tasks as required to support business operations

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
