Key Responsibilities

:
Supporting day-to-day administrative operations
Managing documents, records, and internal communications
Assisting with scheduling, meetings, and coordination tasks
Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

UAE National with family book
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Prior administrative experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
