Role Overview


This position combines

administration and accounts

, with direct responsibility for setting up, maintaining, and strengthening day-to-day office and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities



Manage overall office administration and coordination Maintain accounts and records using

Tally

Handle data entry, vouchers, invoices, and basic reconciliations Support management with reports, documentation, and compliance records Help establish structured systems and processes suitable for a growing company

Ideal Candidate



Hands-on experience with

Tally

Strong administrative and organizational capability Comfortable working in a start-up / new-company environment Self-driven, detail-oriented, and process-focused
