We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Administrative Assistant
to support daily office and HR operations. The role involves handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and assisting with meetings, events, and training. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and discretion in handling confidential information are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Administrative Affairs team and department leadership.
Prepare, review, and process correspondence, reports, and documentation.
Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records (both electronic and physical).
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely follow-up.
Support procurement, facility, and logistical operations as needed.
Assist in organizing company events and internal functions.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure efficient administrative operations.
Proceed employee contracts.
Assist HR in task as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Business or any related field.
1 year experience is preferred.
