Prepare the documents needed .
Creating and organizing information, and generating reference tools for easy use
Answering and screening telephone calls, and responding to emails and messages professionally, and other correspondence
Ensuring efficient and effective administrative information and assistance..
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Candidates having technical knowledge is a plus.
Female candidates have sponsored visa is highly preferred.
