Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
This is a full-time and hybrid role, combining office-based and work-from-home responsibilities.
The role is ideal for new candidates with less experience who are eager to learn and grow in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to management.
Manage phone calls, emails, and client communications.
Organize records, files, and documentation.
Support in preparing quotations, reports, and follow-ups.
Assist with coordination between design and project teams.
Qualifications
Basic experience in administrative or executive assistant roles (freshers may apply).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Requirements
Must be currently available in Abu Dhabi.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Own visa candidates are preferred.
