Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, maintenance, and equipment.
Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems (digital and manual).
Support HR and Accounts departments in administrative tasks when required.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Prepare reports, letters, and internal communications.
Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
