Job description:
Manage and respond to incoming emails, calls, and correspondence professionally.
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for easy document retrieval.
Coordinate shipping & logistics for office equipment, instruments, and documents.
Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending documents, deliveries, and payments.
Prepare letters, memos, reports, and other routine communications.
Handle visa, hotel, and flight bookings for staff and guests.
Support the preparation and submission of invoices and required documentation to clients or platforms (e.g., ADNOC, ENEC, FANR).
Ensure the office is well-maintained and stocked with supplies.
Liaise with PRO for government documentation and visa processing.
Update and track key records such as PO logs, delivery notes, shipment tracking, etc.
Support the Business Development and Technical teams with basic coordination tasks.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company documents and information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
