Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all office activities and operations
Prepare and follow up on quotations
Handle documentation and filing (hard and soft copy)
Coordinate with clients and assist during client visits
Ensure smooth communication within departments and with clients
Requirements:
Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Valid UAE driving license is a strong advantage
Currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate to MBZ area
