Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office administration tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate records and documents.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner.
Provide support to colleagues and supervisors as needed.
Operate basic office equipment (printers, scanners, photocopiers).
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration (Engineering or related field is an advantage).
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of prior administrative or clerical experience is required.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Interpersonal Skills:
