Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day office operations and provide general administrative support. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner. Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for senior staff. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical. Order and manage office supplies and inventory. Assist in preparing expense reports and processing invoices. Liaise with internal departments and external vendors as required. Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures. Support HR, finance, or operations teams as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field. 2-4 years of administrative experience, preferably in the UAE. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Discretion with confidential information. Professional appearance and demeanor.

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
