You will play a key role in ensuring smooth internal operations and client coordination across various multimedia and marketing projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks: scheduling, documentation, filing, and internal communications
Coordinate with clients and vendors in both Arabic and English
Support creative and content teams with media-related documentation and Arabic proofreading
Organize and maintain records for projects, contracts, and invoices
Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and client reports
Track deadlines, follow up on tasks, and help with project coordination
Assist with production planning, logistics, and agency operations
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in a media agency, production house, or creative company
Fluent in
Arabic and English
(verbal and written)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Familiarity with agency processes, production timelines, and content creation workflows
Positive attitude, high attention to detail, and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
