Job Overview:
We're seeking a driven
Adminstrative Assistance
to serve as the Owner's & GM's go-to for turning project outlines into results while also managing customer service and e-commerce order processing. You'll coordinate teams, execute plans, and ensure our customers get top-notch service. If you're a multitasker who loves getting things done, this role's for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute management project outlines, breaking down tasks and assigning them to the right players.
- Coordinate across departments and external contacts to align efforts with project goals.
- Track progress on ongoing projects and new launches, ensuring every milestone is hit on time.
- Handle customer service, including processing orders from our e-commerce store, resolving inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide updates to managing, flagging roadblocks, and owning solutions--covering projects and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience coordinating projects or teams, ideally under executive direction.
- Proven customer service skills, with hands-on e-commerce order processing experience a plus.
- Stellar organizational skills and comfort in juggling project tasks and customer demands.
- Strong communicator who can translate plans into action and keep customers happy.
- Problem-solver with a proactive, results-driven mindset under pressure.
