Provide administrative support to executives, managers, and teams.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, mail).
Maintain and organize electronic and physical files.
Assist in office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining equipment.
Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining records.
Process invoices, expense reports, and basic financial transactions.
Conduct research and compile data for reports and special projects.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 2+ years of administrative or office support experience.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
