Job Description

Responsibilities (Including but not limited to): - Answering and replying to phone calls, emails, texts, messages, - Controlling a central dashboard and processing orders, inventory management, billing, shipping, and storage - Packaging orders, inspecting products, scheduling shipments, - Processing payments, issuing refunds, dealing with customer requests, - Updating the inventory, pictures, and descriptions on the web platform, - Organizing, collecting, and storing data, - Labeling, barcoding, and packaging items. - Creating English Instagram posts, Facebook posts, Stories, - Handling the social media accounts for the company (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.) - Schedule digital marketing campaigns and define budget constraints - Prepare rough drafts and present ideas - Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software - Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand - Email Campaigns and SMS marketing campaigns Skills: - Exceptional social media skills. - Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) - A keen eye for aesthetics and details - Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) - Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines - Someone who has background on Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc. - Someone who also has background skills for photography, motion graphics, graphic designing & graphic art.
