Responsibilities:

Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Assist with office supply management and inventory controls.
Responsible for the company contracts.
Handle administrative tasks such as preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Equivalent.
6 Months of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
