Lotus Training Institute is seeking a professional and organized
Administration Officer
to manage daily operations and provide administrative support to staff, trainers, and students. The ideal candidate will have experience in educational or training environments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to ensure smooth and efficient office and academic operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the training institute.
Manage student registrations, records, certificates, and attendance.
Coordinate with trainers to schedule classes, exams, and events.
Handle official correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters).
Prepare and maintain contracts, reports, and compliance documents.
Assist with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for students and staff.
Provide front-desk support, greet visitors, and handle inquiries.
Support marketing and promotion of training programs when required.
Ensure smooth communication between management, trainers, and students.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Administration Officer, preferably in education/training.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Knowledge of training institute regulations and accreditation procedures is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
