We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of administrative and support-related tasks, ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Order office supplies and manage inventory.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Greet and assist visitors and clients.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures if required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High school diploma required; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with office management systems or software
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
