Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office. Supervise administrative staff, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion. Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and systems. Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management. Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and safety regulations. Support HR functions such as onboarding, record keeping, and employee coordination. Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations across the organization.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administrative management or office operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in MS Office and office management software. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED79,590.00 - AED85,000.00 per year
