in Libya, is seeking a highly qualified
Administration Manager
to lead and oversee the administrative, financial, and operational functions of its recycling project.
Position Summary
The Administration Manager is the executive responsible for overseeing all administrative, financial, and operational activities of the recycling project. This role develops and implements strategies to ensure operational efficiency, achieve financial goals, and lead all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy:
Develop and lead the implementation of the plant's operational and strategic plans.
Financial Management:
Prepare, monitor, and control the annual budget, expenditures, contracts, and agreements.
Operational Oversight:
Coordinate between the Collection Unit and Manufacturing Unit to ensure efficient raw material flow.
Human Resources:
Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of all staff.
Compliance:
Ensure full compliance with local environmental, industrial regulations, and applicable laws.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of
5-7 years
in a senior managerial role, preferably within the manufacturing or recycling sector.
Skills:
Strong leadership abilities, proficiency in financial planning, and solid knowledge of project management and logistics principles.
Language:
Fluency in spoken Arabic and English are mandatory
