Job Summary IIQAF is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administration Manager to join our fast-paced and growing hospitality team. As a crucial leader at IIQAF, you will play a key role in ensuring the operations of the entire organization run smoothly. As an Administration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing, planning, and managing administrational activities to ensure our work meets our high standards. You will be responsible for organizing and scheduling meetings and events, managing budgets, as well as, coordination the smooth running of all administrative processes. The ideal candidate should have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, as well as, excellent organizational abilities. Along with having a strong focus on customer service, you should also be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Main responsibilities:
Oversee, plan, and manage all administrational activities within IIQAF
Ensure all administrative processes are running smoothly and efficiently
Set and manage budgets for various projects
Deliver timely and accurate reports to management
Organize and coordinate meetings and events
Maintain records and files
Develop and implement policies and procedures
Monitor other administrative personnel and ensure tasks are completed accurately
