We are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Admin/Document Controller
to join our team . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company standards.
This role requires strong communication, administrative, and document control skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize both physical and electronic documents.
Coordinate administrative operations in line with company policies.
Handle communication tasks including emails, letters, and phone calls.
Support accounting and contribute to achieving company sales goals.
Maintain up-to-date records related to finance, personnel, and operations.
Prepare and format internal reports, proposals, and presentations.
Copy, scan, archive, and retrieve documents as needed.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all official documents.
Maintain document templates and filing systems for future use.
Enforce confidentiality of sensitive information and internal agreements.
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role is required (Admin or Document Controller).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems).
Strong typing, formatting, and data entry abilities.
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Other Requirements:
Basic understanding of UAE labor and corporate documentation laws.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive work attitude.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
