Job Description

:1. Provide administrative assistance and support as needed to meet operational target dates and deadlines.2. Maintains administrative records, tracking sheets and related reports as required.3. Ensure that offices are well maintained and administrative services are provided as required.4. Acts as a liaison between all departments and other divisions, OPCOs, agencies and associations to facilitate the proper flow of information as required.5. Initiates and facilitates activities related to the development of UAE nationals, reporting on their progress and to ensure that they remain within their development framework.6. Assists in preparing and monitoring of the annual department budget to ensure that expenditure is within the business plans of the division.7. Coordinates with commercial support division and the human capital division to ensure that the existing and future staffing needs of the division are met.8. Assist with update of department business processes and policies to enhance efficiencies.9. Coordinates with Section Heads and Department Managers regarding staff annual appraisal reports.10. Review and maintain annual leave plan, other leaves and monitor timekeeping.11. Assist with organization of divisional orientations and attachments in coordination with Training & Development Department to ensure employees gain understanding of company policies and the department\'s role in the organization.12. Assist staff/ line managers to identify annual training needs on coordination with Commercial Support and training & Development.13. Organize departments annual employee performance reviews to ensure that the exercise is completed and reported appropriately.14. Coordinate departments activities and other special requirement to ensure that they are completed in full compliance with Company\'s policies and procedures.15. Assist in Line Managers to identify workshop and training needs requirements of the Divisions personnel in coordination with the Training & development in order to design and conduct employees\' training.16. Coordinate with commercial support on the departments response to the Audit Reports (external or internal)
