Arabic Male only Can Apply Job Purpose: The Administration Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the organization and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office. Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the office \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the organization\'s calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence and mail \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and executives \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the filing and record-keeping system for the organization \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as required \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage office supplies and inventory and ensure that all necessary items are ordered and stocked \xe2\x80\xa2 Serve as a liaison between the organization and external parties, including vendors, clients, and government agencies \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide administrative support to the General Manager and other executives as needed Qualifications and Skills: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or a related field \xe2\x80\xa2 3-5 years of experience in office administration or a related field \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and as part of a team \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions Working Conditions: \xe2\x80\xa2 This position requires sitting for extended periods of time, as well as standing and walking. \xe2\x80\xa2 The position may require occasional travel. \xe2\x80\xa2 The work schedule may include evenings and weekends as required. \xe2\x80\xa2 The work environment is typically an office setting.
