We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Admin Assistant
with strong communication and coordination skills to support daily operations and assist the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels
Resolve complaints professionally and follow up until closure
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
2. Procurement
Assist with sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations
Create purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely availability of office and business supplies
Maintain procurement records and supplier details
3. Office Organization & Management
Keep the office clean, organized, and well-maintained
Manage office supplies and ensure stock availability
Organize documents, files, and records (physical and digital)
Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and service providers
4. CEO Support
Assist with the CEO's daily tasks and schedule
Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel if required
Ensure the CEO's workspace, meetings, and requirements are well prepared
Act as a point of coordination between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good knowledge of procurement processes
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Professional attitude, confidentiality, and reliability
Preferred
Experience in trading, ecommerce, or retail environments
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
