The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Administrative Assistant will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with little supervision. Responsibilities Visa Processing: \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating the visa processing of employees working closely with the PRO of the company. All processes pertaining applications, renewals, cancellations, and transfers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaising with government authorities, embassies, and consulates regarding visa matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keeping accurate records of visa-related / Trade license related documentation and deadlines. Wage Protection System (WPS) Management: \xe2\x80\xa2 Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the WPS system to ensure timely and accurate payment of employee wages. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing payroll process, must have worked on WPS systems and fully aware of WPS Regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Addressing any issues or discrepancies related to wage payments promptly and effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting periodic audits to ensure WPS compliance and accuracy. Office Administration: \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing general administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating office logistics such as travel arrangements, office supplies procurement, and equipment maintenance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed. Compliance: \xe2\x80\xa2 Staying updated on relevant labor laws, regulations, and best practices related to visa processing, WPS, and HR administration. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance compliance and efficiency. \xe2\x80\xa2 Well versed with banking transaction.

Requirements
Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular) \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work \xe2\x80\xa2 Attention to detail and problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelors degree holder \xe2\x80\xa2 Arabic Speaking preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 WPS system knowledge
