Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Support the company setup team with paperwork and client coordination.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
Maintain accurate records and update client files.
Coordinate with government entities and service providers as required.
Schedule appointments, prepare reports, and assist management as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative or office assistant (experience in business setup)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
