Job Description

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive

Admin / HR Assistant

to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and HR operations. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who can balance people management with administrative efficiency, and contribute to a smooth, supportive, and compliant workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:



Assist with recruitment, on-boarding, and induction processes Maintain employee records and HR documentation Handle attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination Support employee engagement activities and internal communication Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed

Administration:



Oversee office supplies, facility management, and vendor coordination Maintain company records, documentation, and filing systems Coordinate travel, meeting schedules, and event logistics Manage front office or reception duties, if required Liaise with external agencies for administrative matters (govt, labor office, etc.)

Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field At least 3 years of experience in Admin and/or HR roles Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information
