1. Ensure all the customer request are recorded and routed through customer service desk and work order numbers are generated.
2. Ensure Service Level Agreement assigned by the Helpdesk is justifiable, given the work content details, and change if required.
3. Coordinating with central procurement for stores requirements & ensure timely ordering, delivery and issuing of materials
4. Producing work orders required as part of reactive and planned maintenance
5. Monitoring the work order dashboard and ensure timely completion of the assigned tasks
6. Develop and keeping a track on properties preventive maintenance and regular maintenance.
7. To monitor and progress the actions on suspended Work Orders to a successful completion
