Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, coordinate communication within the organization, and assist in daily operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring the office is well-stocked.
Organize and coordinate meetings, including booking venues and preparing agendas.
Record and maintain accurate documentation and filing systems.
Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and other financial documentation.
Support HR functions such as onboarding, leave management, and employee record maintenance.
Perform general administrative duties as required to support team efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or relevant field.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
