Requirements:

Proven experience in secretarial and customer service, mainly administration and operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Detail-oriented with a knack for efficiency
Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Experience in the same field is an advantage

Responsibilities:

1. Office Management & operation support

2. Scheduling and Calendar Management

3. Communication and Correspondence

4. Meeting Support & customer service

5. Financial and budgeting support

6. Confidential Information Handling

7. Experience in ERP System is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
