The Admin / Receptionist will manage front desk duties, provide administrative support, and help maintain a clean and welcoming office environment. The role requires someone organized, polite, and comfortable assisting staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls and manage basic inquiries.
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office, reception area, and meeting rooms.
Prepare tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors when needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing documents, emails, and packages.
Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks assigned by the management.
Coordinate with suppliers for office supplies and ensure stock is maintained.
Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements:
Hindi Speaker (preferable).
Computer skills required: Email, Excel, Word.
Experienced in using software is an advantage
Previous experience in admin or receptionist work is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Neat, presentable, and courteous.
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
