Job Description

Responsibilities



Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required Dealing with enquiries Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts Handeling petty cash Keep records and reports up to date Manage data in spreadsheets and reports

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications



Proven experience in an office setting and as a receptionist, front office representative, or a related position High school diploma, associate's/bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred Experience operating office equipment like copiers and printers The technical ability to use scheduling software and Microsoft Office products Positive demeanor, professional appearance, and professional attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting Strong multi-tasking and itime management skills Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Candidate must be residing in Mussaffa
