We are looking for a well-organized, proactive, and customer-focused
Admin & Receptionist
to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, handle day-to-day administrative tasks, and ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and callers professionally
Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails
Prepare basic documents, forms, tenancy contracts, and NOCs
Assist in listing properties on portals (Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, etc.)
Keep office records, files, and documents organized
Support HR and management with administrative tasks
Follow up with clients regarding appointments and feedback
Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or admin (Real Estate experience preferred)
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Well-organized, multitasker, and detail-oriented
Customer-service-focused personality
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Presentable and professional appearance
Available to join immediately (preferred)
