We are looking for a friendly and organized Admin Receptionist for our real estate office in Business Bay. If you're great with people and can keep things running smoothly, we'd love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the reception area and serve as the first point of contact for visitors.
Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Support our rental operations by preparing tenancy contracts and assisting clients.
Assist in coordinating office activities, including call sessions and open houses.
Perform other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
Freshers are welcome.
Good communication skills
Basic admin knowledge.
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Salary will be discussed during the interview.
