We are currently looking for a new Female Admin Receptionist to join our team.?Employment: Official, full-time?
Front Desk Operations & Customer Service
Greet and welcome patients and visitors professionally.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
Handle patient inquiries regarding services, hours, fees, and procedures.
Address and escalate patient concerns as needed.
Provide guidance on check ins, payments, and prep for appointments.
Administrative & Organizational Duties
Ensure compliance with UAE data protection laws and DHA regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation (registration forms, appointment logs, etc.).
Use systems (NABIDH, clinic software, etc.) for scheduling, billing, and reporting..
Assist in preparing administrative paperwork (consent forms, billing records).
Implement clinic policies, procedures, and updates from management.
Share suggestions to improve clinic efficiency and patient experience.
