Job Summary: Looking for an Admin/ Receptionist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Make sure the reception area is always clean
  • Welcome all visitors and clients and assist them appropriately
  • Conduct general office duties including filing and scanning
  • Provide assistance with general office administration
  • Operate the telephone as required
  • Reply to mails sent to the office
  • Maintain records of incoming and outgoing mails
  • Any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in the same field required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a positive attitude and able to interact well with the clients
  • Computer application knowledge is highly desired
  • Must have good customer service skills with a positive attitude
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Only Arab ladies are encouraged to apply
  • Must be presentable and good looking
  • Must be able to start work immediately
  • Must be fluent in both English and Arabic
