Company Name : MGCO Food and Beverage Industrial FZE Location : Jebel Ali, Freezone - Dubai, UAE ** FEMALE APPLICANTS ONLY ** : - Experienced in ( Dubai Trade Portal, Mirsal II and all admin works related in Jafza) - Experienced in logistic will be an advantage. - Experienced in custom documentation such as Bill of Entry, Invoice, Packing List and all related documents. - Core of the function carrying out reception/admin tasks. - Microsoft Office knowledge is a must. - Communication skills, both verbal and written. - Must be able to multitask, work under pressure. - Operation of the telephone by receiving and forwarding calls/emails as well as by providing information. - Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. - Obtain information to respond to requests by reviewing files, documents, and records. - Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc. - Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times. - Any additional responsibilities or tasks assigned by the company management. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
