Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative and clerical support to the Project Management team and management.
  • Coordinate and organize project documentation, reports, and schedules.
  • Prepare correspondence, memos, and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain and update internal databases, files, and records.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice tracking, petty cash management, and expense reports.
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants for administrative follow-up.
  • Handle telephone calls, emails, and visitors professionally and efficiently.
  • Support project site operations with logistical and documentation needs when required.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk (when required), including welcoming guests.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive company information.
