Job Description

Job Summary:



The Admin Officer will be responsible for handling all general and operational administrative activities of the company. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with UAE-based corporate administration, including insurance, licensing, fleet, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Insurance Administration



Handle general company insurance matters.

Coordinate project-specific insurance requirements.

Manage insurance renewals, endorsements, and policy documentation.

Maintain insurance records and track expiry dates.

2. Vehicles & Fleet Administration



Manage vehicle registrations and renewals.

Coordinate vehicle insurance.

Handle traffic files and follow up with relevant authorities.

Maintain fleet-related documentation and records.

3. Licensing & Corporate Administration



Manage company trade licenses and renewals.

Coordinate with PROs and government authorities.

Track statutory documents, permits, and expiry notifications.

Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.

4. Properties & Rentals



Administer office, yard, and other company property leases.

Manage rental agreements and related documentation.

Coordinate with landlords and service providers as required.

5. Office Administration



Manage stationery and office supplies.

Handle general office requirements and vendor coordination.

Provide administrative support across departments.

6. General Support



Perform any other administrative tasks as required to support management and operations.

Qualifications:



- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in an administrative role within the UAE.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.

Additional Skills:



- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency or hands-on experience with ERP systems is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of UAE corporate administration, licensing, and insurance processes.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

- Professional demeanor and ability to work in a team environment.

- Good communication and coordination abilities.

Working Conditions:



- Based in office, with regular office hours.

- Occasional interaction with clients and external visitors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
