We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Admin Officer with strong experience in administrative tasks and advanced Excel skills to support our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support



Oversee day-to-day office administration, ensuring smooth operations. Manage scheduling, correspondence, and documentation efficiently. Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.

Team Collaboration



Work closely with team members to streamline office processes. Assist in preparing documents for reviews as needed.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience:

Previous experience in administrative roles is essential, with a strong emphasis on Excel proficiency.

Skills:

Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Fluency in spoken Urdu is required.
