Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Oversee and manage daily office operations. Have knowledge in marketing, social media coordination, and promotional activities. (basic knowledge on editing and posting) Ensure smooth workflow across all administrative functions. Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation. Handle office budgeting, procurement, and supply management. Manage invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents. Coordinate with finance and accounting teams for payments and reconciliations. Supervise administrative staff and provide necessary support. Prepare reports, contracts, and official correspondence. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Female only

Requirements:



? Proven experience in administration or office management.
? Strong knowledge of invoice processing and financial documentation.
? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (if applicable).
? Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
