Admin Officer

Job Description

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Officer to oversee administrative operations, HR documentation, logistics coordination, and facility management. This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation Monitor attendance, track leave, and ensure adherence to company policies Coordinate and track shipments, liaising with logistics agents and suppliers Handle Dubai Municipality documentation, including FITR, FIRS, and FLRA Apply for and renew Foodwatch permits in compliance with regulations Ensure proper upkeep of the facility and coordinate with third-party maintenance providers
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, logistics, or quality control Minimum 2 years of experience in a central kitchen or similar F&B environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
