Carry out all the HR and Admin activities
Ensure timely renewal of official documents including Trade Licenses Chamber Certificate, Immigration card, Employee related records, Visas.
Manage and update vehicle records
Maintain and manage all maintenance contracts and reports
Maintain and update Utility reports
Handle petty cash, get quotations as and when required
Assist in recruitment and performance management processes.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries.
Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses.
Assist the HR Head with reports and other Admin related ad hoc activities.
