The Admin Officer will support daily administrative operations with a strong focus on residency and manpower-related processes. The role requires fluency in Arabic reading and writing and hands-on experience in handling residency procedures and manpower files in accordance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and follow up on employee residency and visa processes, including renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
Manage and update manpower files and related documentation with relevant authorities.
Prepare, review, and submit official Arabic documents and correspondence.
Coordinate with government entities such as the Public Authority for Manpower and Ministry of Interior.
Maintain accurate administrative records, files, and databases.
Support HR and management with administrative reporting and documentation.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
Fluency in reading and writing Arabic is mandatory.
Proven experience in residency processes and manpower files.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Administration or a related field (preferred).
Good knowledge of local labor laws and government procedures.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
