Job Description

Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning. Manage office supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination. Handle staff attendance, leave records, and documentation support. Prepare letters, reports, and other official correspondence. Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Maintain and update employee and company records. Coordinate with various departments to support operational requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
