Record keeping:
Maintain accurate and organized customer and service records, update client information, and manage invoices.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, manage company policies, and ensure the team follows all necessary protocols.
Inventory:
Monitor and manage the stock of pesticides, equipment, and other supplies.

Lead generation:
Implement strategies to attract new customers, such as optimizing the company website for local search, managing Google Business Profiles, and running online advertising campaigns.
Content and social media:
Create and distribute content to educate customers and build brand authority. Engage with the target audience on social media platforms.
Reputation management:
Encourage and monitor online reviews to build customer trust and credibility.
Sales support:
Assist in sales efforts by communicating the value of services and recommending products.
Marketing analysis:
